Mo' Workout

I got side tracked one morning due to a problem with the front door knob. I COULDN'T GET OUT! By the time I reached the gym I only had time to do rowing for strength. Later, got an aerobic workout with sword practice at class.


Work out
- Strength 
      - weight : 60 lbs
           - pull  {2 sets, 30 reps}
           - push{2 sets 30 reps}
